1. Four confirmed cases of individuals traveling from Wuhan City have been reported in the United Arab Emirates. Additionally, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Economic Forum have collaborated to establish "The Pandemic Supply Chain Network (PSCN)," a Market Network aiming to facilitate data sharing, market visibility, and operational coordination.

2. To address the global demand for personal protective equipment (PPE), PSCN is launching teleconference calls with private sector organizations and multilateral organizations. These calls will develop a market capacity and risk assessment for PPE, expected to be completed by 5 February 2020, and will match the global demand with the global supply of PPE. The WHO Director-General is also reconvening the Emergency Committee on the novel coronavirus on 30 January.
